SHIPPING & TRACKING YOUR ORDERS
Your order will ship through the Hellenic Post Office (www.elta.gr), within 5-7 working days after payment is confirmed. We ship the parcels by Priority Registered Air mail. Once your order is shipped, we send out a notification to the email provided during check out with the tracking number of the parcel.
If you need an express delivery, please, contact us.
We ship to the address you provide during check out unless you specify otherwise. Please, make sure your address is correct before purchasing, as we cannot be held responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS & CUSTOM FEES
Some countries may charge customs fees. We cannot guarantee this information. Please, have in mind that they are the buyer's responsibility and we recommend that you check this out before placing your order, so there are no surprises.
EXCHANGES, RETURNS & REFUNDS
- In case that you wish to cancel or change an order, please, contact us as soon as possible. We are able to cancel or change your order as you wish, provided that the order has not been already dispatched.
- In case that you are unhappy with the item purchased for any reason, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before sending back the item. The purchaser has a period of 7 working days from the date of the delivery to have the product returned for reimbursement. Please, note that the product should be sent back to us in its original state. Once we receive it, you will receive a full refund minus shipping costs.
